In order for your emails to authorise correctly through our email gateway we set an SPF include within your domains containing our gateway IP addresses.
This is a TXT record with the following content.
v=spf1 ip4:91.204.208.0/24 ip4:91.204.209.0/24 ip4:91.204.210.0/24 ip4:91.204.211.0/24 ip4:185.73.8.0/24 ip4:185.73.9.0/24 ip4:185.73.10.0/24 ip4:185.73.11.0/24 ip4:213.5.176.0/22 ip4:213.5.180.0/22 ip4:91.238.160.0/22 ip4:91.238.164.0/23 ip4:193.105.61.0/24 ip4:193.33.186.0/23 ip4:37.26.104.0/24 ip4:37.26.105.0/24 ip4:91.209.37.0/24 ~all
If you wanted to add your own SPF record to use instead you will need to add a TXT record of a hostname of your choice which references our record, or you can add your record containing those values directly.
We recommend using our record as an include to your own record if you choose to add one, this means you will automatically receive any SPF updates we make to add or remove IP addresses from the list.
To add this from within cPanel navigate to the Zone Editor and select 'Manage' on the domain you would like to add this on:
From the Add Record dropdown on the right, select Add TXT Record:
Enter the name that you want to use for your SPF record into the hostname entry and enter into the value column
v=spf1 include:spf.hostns.io ~all
This will leave your record looking like this:
Finally hit save record, and the SPF record is ready to be added to your domains!
